Tomato Basil Salmon

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 20 minutes | About 312 kcal per serving

2 boneless salmon fillets (ca. 6 ounce) 1 tomato (thinly sliced) 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon dried basil 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese Yield: 2 servings​

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius). Prepare a baking sheet with a piece of aluminium foil, and use butter, oil or a non-stick cooking spray. Place salmon fillets onto the foil, sprinkle with basil and top with tomato slices. Finally, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake salmon in the preheated oven until it is opaque in the center, and parmesan cheese is lightly browned on top (ca. 20 minutes). Serve immediately. Tip: serve with a salad for a great meal. ​
