What is Dementia?
Dementia is a general term (not a specific disease) that describes a group of symptoms which negatively impacts memory severe enough to interfere with daily life.
Alzheimer’s is the most common form of dementia with 60-80% of cases, while Vascular Dementia is the second most common dementia type. Nevertheless, there are many other conditions that cause symptoms of dementia. As opposed to Alzheimer’s, some forms of dementia are reversible.

Scrambled Egg Sandwich
Prep Time: 4 minutes | Cook Time: 8 minutes | About 359 kcal per sandwich
2 eggs 4 slices of bread (whole wheat of white bread) 4 slices of tomato 2 slices of mozzarella cheese 6 fresh basil leaves 2 tablespoons of milk 3 teaspoons olive oil Salt and pepper as desired Yield: 2 servings
Mix eggs and milk in bowl until blended (add salt and pepper as desired). Heat 1 teaspoon Olive Oil in non-stick frying pan over medium heat until hot and add egg mixture. When eggs begin to set, pull eggs across the pan gently and continue pulling, folding and lifting until there is no visible egg remains. When finished, remove eggs from pan and clean it. Take two slices of bread and spread the 2 teaspoons of olive oil on one side of each bread slice, and place the bread in pan (oiled side down). Top the bread in the pan with scrambled eggs, tomato, basil and cheese and cover with remaining bread (oiled side up!) - cook for 2-4 minutes over medium heat and turn sandwich once, until bread is toasted. Tip: you can add avocado and bacon for taste :)
