4 eggs (lightly beaten) 1 ⅓ cups of milk 2 tablespoons of melted butter 2 tablespoons of white sugar ½ tablespoon of salt 1 cup of all-purpose flour sugar Yield: 8 servings

Mix together eggs, melted butter, milk, salt and flour sugar and white sugar until blended. Grease crepe-pan or non-stick frying pan with small amount of butter or oil and heat over medium heat. Spoon about 3 tablespoons crepe batter into hot pan and tilt pan so that surface is evenly covered. Cook over medium heat until golden brown (1-2 minutes) on each side. Serve immediately. Tip: serve with fruits like strawberries, banana, kiwi or oranges for maximum taste. ​
