What is Dementia?
Dementia is a general term (not a specific disease) that describes a group of symptoms which negatively impacts memory severe enough to interfere with daily life.
Alzheimer’s is the most common form of dementia with 60-80% of cases, while Vascular Dementia is the second most common dementia type. Nevertheless, there are many other conditions that cause symptoms of dementia. As opposed to Alzheimer’s, some forms of dementia are reversible.

Broccoli and Cheddar Omlet
Prep Time: 5 minutes | Cook Time: 5 minutes | About 298 kcal per serving
2 eggs ⅓ cup of cooked broccoli florets 2 tablespoons of shredded Cheddar Cheese 2 tablespoons of water 3 teaspoons of olive oil Salt and pepper as desired Yield: 1 serving
Mix eggs and water in bowl until blended Pour 3 teaspoons of olive oil in large, non-stick pan. Heat pan up over medium-heat until hot and pour in egg mixture → mixture should set immediately at edges Push the cooked portions from edges toward centre. Do this gently with an inverted turner so that liquid egg mixture can reach hot pan surface. Continue cooking and moving cooked portions as needed. When top surface of eggs thickened and there are no visible liquid egg remains, place broccoli and cheese on one half of the omelet, and fold the other half over broccoli and cheese. Wait until cheese is melted and slide omelet onto plate. Use salt and pepper as desired. Tip 1: you can replace broccoli with almost every vegetable you want. Next time, try peppers and tomatoes :) Tip 2: you can leave out cheese and mix vegetables also into eggs. Tip 2: eat with toast
