1/2 cup peanut butter (or almond butter) 1 Banana (chopped) 1 1/2 cup oats 2/3 cup coconut flakes 1/4 cup ground flax seed 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional) Yield: 1 serving

Place all ingredients into a large mixing bowl Mix the ingredients with a fork until they're well combined. If the consistency feels a bit too sticky, add more oats as needed Place bowl in a fridge for about 30 minutes.
