Blueberry Nut Oatmeal

Ingredients: 200g (7 oz) canned Chickpeas 2 tablespoons lemon juice (or more, depending on taste) 2 garlic cloves, crushed 1 teaspoon ground cumin 4 tablespoons water 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 1 teaspoon paprika powder 100 ml (3.5 oz) tahini, optional Salt for taste, optional Yield: 2-4 serving

Directions: Drain chickpeas and rinse well. Combine chickpeas with lemon juice, garlic, cumin, water, oil, tahini and salt in a food processor and blend until smooth. Add more lemon juice, garlic, cumin or salt for taste. Drizzle paste with olive oil and sprinkle paprika powder. Tip: use carrot sticks for dipping
