Fruit Salad

Prep Time: 20 minutes | Cook Time: 0 minutes | About 183 kcal per serving

Ingredients:

  • 2 bananas

  • 1 pint of strawberries 

  • 2 apples (peeled and cored) 

  • 3 kiwis

  • 1 can peach pie filling (ca. 21 ounce) 

  • 1 can pineapple chunks, juice reserved (ca. 20 ounce) ​

Directions:

  1. Toss chopped apples in pineapple juice in small bowl and let sit for 5-10 minutes.

  2. Combine peach pie fillings and pineapple chunks in large salad bowl.

  3. Remove apples from pineapple juice and add to pie filling and pineapple mixture. Chop bananas, and add chopped bananas to pineapple juice and let sit for 5-10 minutes.

  4. Peel and slice kiwi and chop strawberries.

  5. Remove bananas from pineapple juice and add to pie filling mixture.

  6. Add chopped strawberries and toss together.

  7. You can either toss sliced kiwi into pie filling mixture, or serve them as decoration around serving bowl.

  8. Serve immediately or chilled.


Tip: add lemon juice for the extra kick. ​
