Berry Parfait with Yogurt & Granola

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 0 minutes | 190 kcal per serving 

  • 1 container of vanilla yogurt (ca. 6 ounce) 

  • ⅓ cup of granola 

  • ¾ cup of blueberries 

  • ¾ cup of sliced strawberries 

  • ½ banana (sliced) 

  • 1 tablespoon of wheat germ ​


  1. Use a jam glass (or any other similar sized container). Put in one ingredient after another: some yogurt, some of of the strawberries, then blueberries, again yogurt, then wheat germ, sliced banana, yogurt and on top granola.

  2. Repeat for other glasses/containers until ingredients are used up.

Tip: use any other fruit or any other yogurt for the parfait. ​
