What is Dementia?
Dementia is a general term (not a specific disease) that describes a group of symptoms which negatively impacts memory severe enough to interfere with daily life.
Alzheimer’s is the most common form of dementia with 60-80% of cases, while Vascular Dementia is the second most common dementia type. Nevertheless, there are many other conditions that cause symptoms of dementia. As opposed to Alzheimer’s, some forms of dementia are reversible.

There are many ways to pursue a healthy lifestyle. If you’re genuinely trying to achieve or maintain good health, then you probably already work on each of the different areas of your personal health. These are all great ways to improve your health and fitness, but they are not the most important ones. These things don’t matter so much if they are not accompanied by a balanced diet. Proper nutrition is the foundation of a healthy lifestyle! So to really improve your health, you must start in the kitchen!
