What is the process?

After completing the survey, one of our researchers will be in touch to find a suitable date for a pre-screening. You will be reimbursed for travel and your time. Based on the information provided during this pre-screening, the staff member will preliminarily determine if you may qualify for the Research Program. If so, then an appointment for a no cost evaluation with a certified physician and/or clinical nurse specialist/nurse practitioner will be scheduled at the office nearest you!
