French Toast

- 8 eggs
- ⅓ cup of milk
- 8 slices day-old bread (any day-old bread will work)
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg as desired

Directions:
Tip: eat with Maple Syrup for maximum taste.
- Mix eggs and milk (and if desired nutmeg) in bowl until it’s blended.
- Take 1 bread slice at a time and soak it in egg mixture. Dip one side at a time and let stand each side about 1 minute in the mixture.
- Grease non-stick, large frying pan and heat it until hot.
- Place soaked bread slices in hot pan. Important: it should be single layer.
- Immediately reduce heat to medium and cook until golden (usually 2-3 minutes per side). There should be no visible liquid egg remains. Serve immediately.
