Apple Cheese Crackers

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cook Time: 0 minutes | About 193 kcal per serving


  • 15 whole grain crackers

  • 4 ounces cheddar cheese (you decide if the cheese should me mild or sharp)

  • 1 Tablespoon honey (if desired)

  • 1/2 medium Apple (any variety you prefer) 

Yield: 2 servings


  1. Assemble the cheese onto the crackers in desired quantity

  2. Slice the Apple thinly

  3. Place Apple slices onto the cheese-topped crackers

  4. Sprinkle with honey to finish

  5. You can also use any other fruit. Enjoy! ​

Cheese may have a reputation for being unhealthy, which it owes to it’s high fat content, however in moderation cheese can and should be enjoyed as part of any healthy diet.
